Deposit
We inform you that after the reservation it’s not required to send a deposit (down payment)
Cancellation
There are no penalties if the cancellation is made within 14 days prior to the arrival date.Cancellation made during the 14 days prior to arrival will result in the payment of a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the reservation.Failure to show up will result in the payment of a penalty equal to 100% of the cost of the reservation.
Balance
The balance will be paid by bank transfer or PAYPAL at least 7 (seven) days before the date of arrival or in cash at check-in.We do not accept checks, credit cards and/or debit cards. We are private landlords, unfortunately we can not use the POS for payments with credit cards or debit cards
